“Customer service is by far the best I’ve encountered. Being in real estate, you talk to several different insurance companies, but when you walk into Block’s office everyone knows you.”

“You walk in, and they genuinely see you and know you as opposed to you being numbers on a piece of paper,” he says. “That’s a very good thing.”
