One change through the pandemic is that we are no longer taking payments in our office or by phone due to privacy and security issues.
You may access our website at www.blockagency.com and utilize the “Pay My Bill” tab to reach your carrier site for direct payment or contact our office for help in setting up Automatic Bill Pay options.
Through these past months, our focus has always been about our clients and how to service your needs.
Remember that you can reach us by phone, email, text, fax, and online chat. You may also use the drop boxes at each office for no-contact paperwork. In addition, the drive-thru at our Waynesfield location is available.
